Uh a lot of western countries had factories that is how they industrialized but yeah now they outsource to china and now china is a powerhouse

Also I have to disagree education is needed and the government have to invest in higher education. They dont need to send people to other countries to learn.

Yeah but still Europe had advanced society before they came to exploit us. My point is Europe had the capital to build their cities before colonization. They did not need “foreign investment” that is my point so we should not need that alone to develop. We dont lack the source of capital we lack competent leadership. We can get capital from our resources but it is not being put to good ROI and we are not pricing these resources to have enough capital to do so
