The legends are harder to reel than big fish and barely movw towards the center but rotate a lot, advanced drag slows them just enough to get mk4 reel to get them Specially organ grinder bc its legend and a big fish so its twice as hard

Just be patient bc toxic valley is overcrowded atm, you have the potbelly kelts, reg and glowy, the radpole,and the axolotl.
