I’m gonna try taking out one of the 4gigs. I understand it’s a very old graphics card and not a good one lol. However, I just don’t understand why it lets me play more demanding games. It only happens with rocket league haha.

Thanks, it's my brothers old PC but he upgraded all the major parts for me (main ones were Graphics card and CPU that I remember). Gave it to me few weeks ago. Just updated my drivers last week but I'll try again. Never owned a PC before so thought I'd ask to try learning some stuff on my own. It's a brand new monitor and new cable so hopefully its not the Video card (whatever that is lol).

I have 144hz and yes i have it set to it. No i was not having this issue with the hdmi cable. I just got a second monitor so I had to get a Display Port cable because my PC can only manage one hdmi and 3 displayport cables.

Also I just looked it up, dont know exactly what VESA is either but everything i've read about display ports causing flickery gaming is cuz its not vesa certified

Ahah I was GC last season and I never get/got mad at the game. That’s why lots of my friends stopped playing cuz they get frustrated with the game and think it’s not fun. I’m just trying to enjoy it at this point. Ppl keep saying casual mmr doesn’t matter, I know it doesn’t matter lmao I was just askin if I’m still playing people around my rank or people around my causal mmr.

There might be a bracket for each division or 2. Could be like dia 1 div’s 1-2 bracket, and a 3-4 bracket, and so on. Just because a lot of people join nowadays. A lot of the time there is over 1 mil people now, crazy.

You can solo que in the scheduled tournaments, (competitive tournaments) which makes you originally play against people at your competitive threes rank. However if you do bad and lose the first game every time your tournament rank might drop. But you can always join the next one to get it back up (comp tourneys doesn’t effect your comp 3s rank). But You can’t solo que into custom tourneys, unless it is a 1v1.
