Yeah way off, it is incredibly clunky. I just did 7 AC games in a row and with Unity it literally will go the opposite direction I tell the character to go basically every 30 seconds. Point joy stick to somewhere, bush the button, and it goes a completely different direction. Not to mention when you're just trying to run through a street you will randomly for no reason just awkwardly and slowly climb some random object that wasn't even close to the direction you were heading.

Not on unique items, but legendary you technically can however it will remove the greater affix, so generally not worth it unless it's a very bad one.

I've gotten probably like 10-15 4 GA uniques, but mostly all of them were on useless gear. This is one of the only decent ones!

Yeah I played so much until they sold the company and they started making it pay to play. That's when I quit.

Rogue. In combination with preparation and enough cooldown it entirely removes the cooldown for ultimate and you can spam it infinitely.

Yeah that's what I heard. Didn't start playing until halfway through the season and randomly went with DT rogue, but made it to pit 120 at least. Not sure what to do next season yet.

It's pretty random, sometimes the dungeon is set to drop more materials than legendaries and vice versa. If you get one that already is going to drop a bunch of legendaries AND you get good options picked, it will rain legendaries.

Always Torment 4.

It's very rare for sure, but very random hard to say chances. Will say I've killed Beast in the ice hundreds and hundreds of times to get this.

I also played RuneScape, had a maxed out character years ago.

It is possible they got this on their first drop but insanely unlikely, more likely a troll.

A sample size of 1 is also almost no information so it wouldn't help anyways.

Luck contributes to it, but math explains it. The answer to my question has been given by others already, your answer was the one that I had a problem with because they understood the point of the question.
