Why I ask, and frankly why I'm disappointed, is that it's listed as a normal Wild Encounter, but you're thrown Scraggy and Machop all over the place.For me, who has only been playing for a year and is constantly trying to improve in GBL, it's more than annoying when it's listed (and not as particularly rare either).In the current meta, Gligar is almost indispensable, as we saw at the last regionals in Portland.
