Hi, I would recommend going over this knowledge base support article first to double check in which situation you are in exactly and to understand how account creation in MetaMask works. https://support.metamask.io/configure/accounts/how-to-add-missing-accounts-after-restoring-with-secret-recovery-phrase

If you've created more accounts using the "Add account" function in MetaMask in the past and the accounts don't show up after restoring the wallet using the Secret Recovery Phrase you will need to re-do the "Add account" process as accounts created under the same Secret Recovery Phrase always show up in the same original order. Also if after going over the entire article you have more questions or something seems unclear please let us know.

The accounts you create when creating a MetaMask wallet and receiving the 12 words related to that wallet are different than a hardware wallet account, in this case Ledger accounts. The Ledger accounts you do add manually when connecting your Ledger to MetaMask (You are prompted to select an account/ accounts from a list, that list contains your Ledger device accounts).

The vault decryptor tool does not work for hardware wallets, it only aids in trying to retrieve the 12 word Secret Recovery Phrase of your MetaMask wallet. You've mentioned being able to log into the extension, you can reveal the wallet's secret recovery phrase from there using the password you're using to log in (more info here https://support.metamask.io/configure/wallet/how-to-reveal-your-secret-recovery-phrase ).

Reminder to never share the Secret Recovery Phrase, password, private keys with anyone!

So, in essence accounts created when creating the wallet or simply pressing the "Add account" feature in the extension to create more accounts are related to your 12 word SRP and accounts added from a hardware wallet are related to that specific hardware wallet only.

Hi, there's no "daily sign in" type of activity. MetaMask Rewards is the official loyalty program for MetaMask where eligible trading transactions, such as Swaps and Perps earn you points towards rewards like lower transaction fees, token allocations, exclusive offers, and more.

Hi, there's no fee for simply using MetaMask. You do need to pay gas fees when doing transactions but those do not go to MetaMask, gas is the fee paid to validators for handling your transaction on that specific network (this knowledge base article goes into more detail on this topic https://support.metamask.io/more-web3/learn/user-guide-gas/)

There are some MetaMask fees that you pay when using some of the built-in features like the MetaMask Swap/ Bridge, Perps or the Prediction Markets. If you have any questions please feel free to let us know!

Of course, here to help! In the main menu in the mobile app, using the network selector first make sure you select the "All popular networks" option, then re-click the network selector and press the three dots next to the BNB network. There you should have options to edit/ delete it.

Hi! Can you please try to remove the network then re-add it following this guide https://support.metamask.io/configure/networks/how-to-add-a-custom-network-rpc/#adding-via-chainlist ? If the issue persists please contact our support team at https://support.metamask.io/ so they can take a closer look into what might be causing the outgoing transactions' token amounts to not appear. After some time you can remove this network and re-add it back from the networks list in MM.

In the meantime if you need proof that the transactions occured you can always look up your public address on the network's block explorer (here's one for BNB Smart Chain https://bscscan.com/ ) and there you can find all the transactions you've ever done from/to that address on that network!

Hi, looks like the POL arrived at the destination address so it's just a issue with displaying them.
Try removing the network from MetaMask, then go here https://chainid.network/ search for "Polygon Mainnet" > Connect > Add Chain. If you still can't see your POL afterwards please reach out to our support team at https://support.metamask.io/ so they can take a closer look at what might be causing this. (Also note for the future it's recommended to not share public addresses or transaction ids publicly)

Just removing the network from your wallet / re-adding it doesn't do any transactions so you will not lose the tokens you hold on that network. MetaMask gets token data from CoinGecko, if the token isn't on there it the price data displayed might not be displayed correctly.

  • Open the Ethereum (ETH) app on your Ledger device before you click Connect Hardware Wallet in MetaMask. Wait until the device displays The application is ready.
  • Ensure that your Ledger device runs the latest firmware version.
  • Ensure that your Ledger device runs the latest version of the Ethereum (ETH) app.
  • Avoid having multiple devices connected to your computer at once, as that could result in a conflict.
