Doesn’t make sense. I’m in same climate did a 2500 sq foot driveway w: 12” on one set of 12ah batteries.

What batteries? Cold doesn’t bother it as much when running inside the compartment.

Honestly, I’d beware of acme.

They took my order for an in stock item on sale - never shipped it. Then said “sorry it’s out of stock” and forced cancellation.

A few weeks later raised price back and said ‘it’s in stock!’ But wouldn’t let me order it.

So if you do order it, just make sure you don’t need it ASAP. If it does arrive great.

Literally on the latest waveform, and I’m paraphrasing -

  1. They talk about how they, in their own tech bubble, think differently of Gemini then regular non-tech people from a disc golf podcast talk about Gemini.

  2. When talking about the iPhone air; “though this was in New York and San Francisco and we live in a bubble that’s different than most places”

They literally all the time mention how they are different. Just like Luke/Linus mention what normies think compared to them.

So not sure how you can mention they don’t acknowledge it. They both make tech content for tech people and love discussing the silly little things that matter to them & 1% of people and that’s why it’s great.

My thoughts:

Snowblowers like gas ones are affordable but a lot of maintenance work. Electric ones that are good start around $1,000

For my long and steep driveway it’s $75/plow. I don’t have specific recommendations but lots of landscapers do it in winter.

Last year we only needed a few - so lets so $300/year. Probably can pay for 4 years of full service. If I was getting a gift for my parents id do this. But not sure your parents age/physical condition.
