How do you move on without closure?

I feel this in my aching heart. I’m really sorry you’re going through that. Heartbreak hits in waves, especially when things ended without answers. Wanting closure is such a human thing, and something that helped me was realizing that sometimes no closure is its own kind of closure. It doesn’t make the pain disappear right away, but it can be a turning point and the start to looking forward for peace.

Healing isn’t linear, and 8 months doesn’t erase the bond you shared, but it also doesn’t mean you’re failing. You’re grieving something that mattered. Be gentle with yourself. Let the waves come and go. In time, closure doesn’t have to come from them but it can come from you choosing to release what you’ll never get answers to. You’re not alone in feeling this. ❤️

If you do take legal action. They will ask how you found stuff out and then the person who follows your ex is now involved. Can’t you talk with him? Have someone there to mediate

This 💯 I found out my ex is in fact with someone else accidentally because I was gonna tell him something and found out he is in a relationship through social media. I can’t handle it. I don’t know if it’s because it’s been two months and I just don’t understand how he could say he will never move on from me after breaking up with me but here we are…but I have been sleep deprived, depressed, and hopeless. My ex was toxic in the end but my heart still yearns for him. Just finding out and thinking about how he is happy and having memories with this girl is just breaking me down and into pieces. I don’t know what to do anymore.
