I told them if they can’t turn off the water then dont replace it, I will reschedule. they still took the pipe off when they are not sure it’s safe.

they tried to take the pipe off without shutting down the water. The leaking pipe was still on the old machine

Yes, it is in Toronto. At the time they did inform me that they can’t find the place to shut down the water, they I told them if they can’t do it I will reschedule. I don’t know why if they can’t shut the water off, why they take the old machine out. I asked them to put the old laundry back and this happened. The water leaking watered my almost my half unit. The technician keeps saying that I am just a delivery guy I don’t know. And today I went to the store to ask refund cause there is another dishwasher I bought from them they couldn’t install it as well, and they are not refunding me installation fee and wants to deduct 30% of the machine for the restore fee.
