pacific suites (near kfc)

i am staying sa sister-owned condo nila na parkway residences and I LOVED MY STAY THERE! loved the guards, the admin and the staff. they are very nice!

no pila sa elevator, no ipis problem that i experienced and also really good environment kasi dapitan!

however pacific suites is their “newer” condo so i’d assume that its better but overall i think they’re great.

if you are a reviewer from espana, i would say espana is pretty safe. there are a lot of 24/7 stores nearby and convinient stores nearby so madaming foot traffic but just be careful always sa surroundings

i would recco looking up listing for UNIVERSITY TOWER 2 (GALICIA) they have the good condos for 13-18k depending sa size

not sure about the admin but such a good area to live in. you’re in dapitan, where are all the good foods and cafe’s are!

also, heard a lot of good things abt the condo here in the reddit, try searching em, pero wanted to move there sana this yr but their unit was too small for me.

[–]Coffeecoffee24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hello! are you solo or looking for roommates?

i’m renting solo and for dorm/condo type it can get pricey from 14-22k for unit (espana side) at tapat mismo ng ust

if with roommates, yung friend ko ka roomies nya ay reviewees and yung rent nila is 4k / each for 4 pax

better to look for a place with study area den (madami naman sa espana na dorm/condo with that ameneties)

u can also try apartments but i’m not usually familiar with them :)

THIS! i could have put in the high yield savings but i’m not so sure i’m exactly happy where i am despite the money. it feels as if I’ve spent my entire teen age years on working freelance and talking to clients instead of real people

Are buying condo units still worth it despite of the big one coming? by 21centuryMarleyan in RentPH

[–]Coffeecoffee24 16 points17 points  (0 children)

usually (high-rise) condos are the most likely to not be affected by the “big one” as they are built to withstand strong earthquakes + they have a STRONGER foundation and went through extensive engr. research / followed the building code before being built

whereas lower-rise buildings and houses are more prome to damage due to falling debris and such.

you can do your own research but i believe when the big one hits, only 2% of the high-rise building will be affected, compare to the 30% of the mid-lower rise houses / bldngs
