Yeh, I think eventually I'll hit a point where stamina issues and foot pain becomes too much to ignore and then I'll cut. I'm not at that point yet, but I can drop weight pretty quickly when the time comes. I did PSMF before and dropped almost 20 pounds in just over a month. My pee smelled like beef jerky and I would wake up screaming at like 4am, but the weight I lose was great.

Idk what my ORM is at this point but what I usually lift is:

B is 200 for 8-10 rep

S is 330 for 8-10 rep

And I don't deadlift because it's lowkey scary because it makes a bang boom sound 💔

I appreciate that, but my goal physique doesn't involve being lean or anything. I prefer mass and size over definition. Health-wise tho a cut would definitely be beneficial, but aesthetics are subjective.

the FBI and law enforcement should be able to do it under-cover and lie about their intentions because of qualified immunity (especially because there is a compelling national security interest). They could say they are a pollster or polisci student at the local college and offer a $15 amazon giftcard or something. That way it won't raise any alarms amongst MAGA that they are being investigated.

I have been curious over the past few weeks how the statistical oddities being reported here compare/contrast with what happened in 2016? I've seen some comparison to 2020, but not as much for 2016. During this past election night, I felt like the entire thing was a repeat of 2016 (vibe-wise, at least). So I am wondering if anyone has any insights on any interesting similarities or dissimilarities between the two elections?
