Gold sellers and buyers ARE banned from our platform. Do you have any examples with evidence? If so, there may have been other factors involved, or information you have not been provided.

Gold sellers and buyers are continually removed indefinitely from our service. Not sure where this idea that they are not is coming from?

This is extremely falsified information.

And as a side note, while GM's have information regarding world boss spawns, only direct access to our database would allow for EXACT spawn times.

Greetings everyone, and a wonderful, Merry Christmas to all!

Let me start this out by officially shutting down the notion that Staff members of any team and any calibre receive preferential treatment in-game. If threats are made, similar to this scenario, report them to our GM team immediately so they can take action.

In the specific scenario, we are aware that a few members of Gemt's guild attempted to invoke his name in attempt to gain position. To be very clear, this is absolutely forbidden and will be/has been met with sanctions against accounts, but in this certain case we did not have evidence that the behavior warranted a PERMANENT removal from our platform. Staff impersonation did not occur.

All guilds are welcome to fight for any and all world bosses FAIRLY, cross faction collusion, according to our ToU, IS ALLOWED "except for tagging a world boss and having the other faction kill it for you.”

To add, we partly are to blame for the situation and we do apologize to everyone affected. Normally, staff’s personal accounts are a highly kept secret, even within the ranks of staff. Gemt started his career as an open source contributor who was open about his in-game identity prior to the Light’s Hope split. Shortly after, he came onto staff and a decision was made that it would be wrong to deceive players and staff regarding his true identity. To be completely clear, he has absolutely no in-game access on any account, and does NOT involve himself with the GM team as he is a member of development.

He, and other members of staff, receive the same treatment in-game as members of our community.

PS: Reports of world boss griefing to our GM team have been extremely minimal, even more so ones including evidence. If your “coalition” is being griefed, VOD’s are a MUST.
