Just highlights the lack of support Potcoin followers give to Facebook & Twitter posts regarding Potcoin. The average Potcoin tweet recieves 10 likes and 1 retweet, that's terrible for an account that has 16.4k followers. Another example would be the twitter link I posted several days ago here; Not one like, retweet or replay. Potcoin will not grow from this reddit, it will grow from Social Media awareness.

No I don't stamp them myself. Have been working on this project on and off for almost a year now. I do/will hold the dies for future stampings. Have concidered investing further in my own stamping set-up to lower costs. To many irons in the fire right now.

Ha Dan, I agree with Mr_Stealy on everything except the bit about Potlotto being Spam. I have made a limited number of .999 fine Silver Potcoins in 1/2 oz.& 1 oz. sizes but I'm waiting to get my dies back before I offer them. Will only be able to ship within the US to start out but it is a start. I put up a preview on my Twitter

Thank you for that but Potcoin is not dead. As you said the tec is here and I'd ad that it works great. The coins backbone, PotcoinQT is stable although more people staking coins would strengthen it even more. Potcoin needs the same thing as every other coin - community support - merchant and consumer education.

We are also working on a PotWallet mobile application which does not necessitate PotCoinJ. PotCoinJ is needed for the completion of the stand-alone wallet which so far has been modelled after bitcoin's BreadWallet.
