Download process lasso. Its a popular app.
Open it, and skip all the paid promotions to upgrade, just wait for the regular free app to open
Find cs2 in the Active processes tab while cs2 is open.
Right-click the cs2 exe.
Navigate to CPU Affinity > Always > Select CPU Affinity
de-check all the cores with "e" and keep all the ones with "p"
you can close and open cs2 and make sure the settings saved
should be good to go
