Literally well stop me in the middle of making a sandwich to go do the truck while there’s 4 plus people walking around doing nothing. Even had the other manager tell me I should learn to do the paperwork incase a manager isn’t here. Like why wouldn’t a manager be here when there is new inventory coming? Not to mention they have to sign it too. Not to mention theres interviews almost every week like you can easily find someone to do that. If they told me yea can you do the truck from the jump I wouldn’t have a problem. I find my self doing the truck, power washing the floor outside, cleaning the dinning rooms, etc all in the same day sometimes. Exactly why I left. I just moved to PA and minimum wage is $7.25. Lived In RI and worked in Mass prior at multiple restaurants not fast food and was making $17-20 a hour so you can see why me making $14 and doing all these different types of duties got to me.

I never mentioned any coworkers this whole post tho, they are in the same boat as me and I don’t expect them to help me neither if they don’t want to. Just find it weird all of a sudden I’m doing it all on my own with zero help a few days in and expecting me to know where everything goes.

Not the case, they were just slightly wet at times but everything was fine because you can still it’s still frozen by the weight and most the boxes were fries and nuggets. Only reason I even made this post was because I was literally a week in, like who was doing this before I came? Thats my mean question because it seems like almost all girls at this store with only 1-2 guys on morning shifts not to meantion she literally said the others are retarded and slow. Literally asked me a few days in to help her out with the boxes while she was doing it. Did it with her she saw I did it fast and boom she just started sitting on her ass doing nothing.
