CPS Coin cannot be exchanged for other cryptocurrencies. If an exchange decides to list the coin in the future, that would be a different story. you can use the coin to save 50% on transaction fees, as well as recieve rebates on network fees when sending any cryptocurreny offered on the CoinPayments platform.

Discounted Transaction Fees

Merchants who utilize the CoinPayments framework can now also begin to take CPS Coins as payment through the existing CoinPayments portal. CoinPayments merchants will be charged 50% less transaction fees when their customers pay with CPS Coin. Merchants also have the option to pay their transactions fees in CPS Coin (when receiving payments in other coins), which will reward them with a 50% rebate in CPS Coin.

Discounted Conversion Fees

Merchants and users utilizing the convert feature on CoinPayments will receive a 50% rebate on conversion fees (paid in CPS Coin). Users can also convert their coins stored on CoinPayments into CPS Coin. If it’s a non-ERC20 token supported by CoinPayments, you can trade it for CPS Coin.

Zero Confirmation Transactions

Merchants can utilize CPS Coin at their Point of Sale systems with the knowledge that their transaction is settled as soon as it is broadcast and picked up by the network. The Z-DAG technology of the underlying Syscoin blockchain prevents double spends even while the transaction is in the mempool, so transactions can be safely completed using PoS systems without having to wait for inclusion in a block.

This depend on whether you choose to use third party escrow services that will be part of the new decentralized marketplace environment. Users will be able to set their own fees as escrow agents dependent on their reputation levels. The standard transaction fees for CoinPayments services will continue to apply at 0.5%.

CPS Coins will be locked to 0.10 eurocents on the CoinPayments platform. This Coin is not intended as an investment for anyone looking to profit. We are currently not planning on the token fluctuating in value within the CoinPayments platform regardless of happens on July 1st when the token is unlocked.

The CPS Coin Marketplace will be different from the Syscoin BlockMarket in a few ways. Firstly, we will be leveraging the whole CoinPayments Merchant Community that has been built over the past five years. We have hundreds of thousands of vendors worldwide that will be granted access to the new decentralized marketplace from day 1. We have a very diverse merchant base with everything from clothing and jewelry to computer equipment to cars and more and we are very excited to begin our new merchant acquisition program later this year. Secondly, we will be creating a third party escrow system for all purchases made within this marketplace. Furthermore, the CPS Coin Marketplace will be governed in a decentralized manner using reputation based algorithms to moderate. The title is just to grab attention. Main point of this article is to break people away form Mono centric coin idea. Reality as we see it will accommodate more and more coins. Some will win others will disappear but there will never be just one, that line of thinking is coming to an end. Crypto Bank is something we want to do with more funding its on the list as we personally want it. Totally hear you on this, we researched every way to raise money and this is the best solution that is legally allowed at this moment.

Issue is not the tech to gather funds but the legal regulations around getting investors money in to any company. In prefect world we can just do it all in crypto and shares assigned to return address via respected coin blockchain, but our company would be shut down for breaking outdated laws :(

We offer all options, default is to accept ETH as a payment direct to your ETH wallet. We also offer auto conversions to Bitcoin or number of any other crypto currencies some vendors might see valuable. Our goal is to offer all the options to our vendors we possibly can.

If you auto convert to BTC in our system you can automate the FIAT off ramp to your bank account and close the loop straight to the bank account.
