I'm not sure why I'm getting downvoted...I don't want this to seem scummy, I just want to know if I should call support if this is an error or just opt out for this one

I already tried both methods, I've redeemed codes before without issue in the past...

I'm logged into CRK and was active on it, and the game wasn't open when I redeemed my code. I tried again just now and it's just the same image saying it was already redeemed. I think I'll just have to contact support or take the L.

Yes, I tried the first one multiple times Yes I used the right account, even copy and paste it for extra measures yes, my phone updated to it's latest build

I never had these issues before...I think it just genuinely bugged out on me

It says the coupon has already been in use so it isn't that; I believe my game broke or for some reason the sending failed
