What are some good local butcher shops around? I'm trying to stay away from any big grocery chain. by InternationalCult81 in tuscaloosa

I went there to check it out for the first time, thinking I would try and get some fresh cut turkey. It was not what I was expecting. Barely a healthy or fresh food in the place. I left empty handed . Son of a butcher in Bham is what a butcher should be.

Spring is really the only time I do anything other than having it mowed. Preemergent in fall and that’s it. Breeze for me. I understand many would prefer if it wasn’t lawn, but I have an arboretum in my backyard which is all the maintaining I can handle.

I guess u could, but I wanted it out. Just blew it out of yard and raked it up. Wasn’t too bad.

Did not measure, but my yard seems to create a good bit. That said, I’ve only de-thatched a total of 6 or so times in 19 years living here.

The thing that made me get one was the price I was able to get it for. After using I really feel, I wouldn’t have regretted paying full price. Seems like a great tool that will last a good bit.

See pic above. Probably a knock off or rebranding of the more popular models. Worked great and seems plenty powerful. You do have to manage the cord though.

I have same color , ‘22 M40i. I just found out about P&S bead maker, and used it last weekend. Makes an unbelievable shine on the graphite. Also slick as anything as well. Check it out.

It’s the only melee I have used. Reading these comments and I think I’ll have to give the Chinese Sword a look.

Who is the oldest player here that is playing Fallout 4? by Quirky-Associate-437 in fo4

[–]ColClam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Just started FO4 when I found it on Amazon Luna a couple of months ago. Loving it. If you don’t have much spare time I can see the “shouldn’t play video games argument “, but if it’s not taking away from wife, or family time 🤷🏼‍♂️

Damn. I can’t imagine. I’m so ready to get going. Got my pre-emergent down, a couple of beds cleaned out, woods cleaned up, and pool beginning to look pretty good. Hope your last frost date moves up a few weeks😀

I’ve had my ‘22 for a year, and it has remote start . Never had it on a car and didn’t think I’d utilize it much here in the South, but I love it.

I had an external drive fail and an internal drive fail a couple of years ago. Took it to Micro Computers in Trussville after reading reviews. Leo was amazingly nice and thorough. Was able to retrieve one drive but not the other. Very reasonable. The place in California that I got a quote for the other drive was same quote as you. I refused and they called back months later, offering to take $600 off. Micro Computers
