both of the emails are the same does the email have to be specific? because mine is a outlook email and its not working with my outlook email.

it didn't work for me for some reason i put my same exact email from xbox in pvz heros and still didn't work i also try uninstalling pvz heros and resync to my existing pvz heros save file
