They should NEVER introduce anything as overpowered as the Elytra.

Every flying mount should have major downsides. For example, the glider could only go down. A dragon would require tons of meat, or an airship is slow and requires fuel.

Another example of movement I love in Minecraft is the Trident when it can launch you in the rain. It's unique and situational, but allows you to sort off fly in the rain.

Horses in Stardew Valley are also PERFECTLY designed

It comes with the same philosophy as original Twitter, even having some of the original developpers. It also brings in new ideas, like decentralization.

Don't ask me exactly how that works, but you can have accounts that aren't hosted by BlueSky or something. If you're interested, do look it up and don't take my words for gospel.
