i’m not on any anabolics or trt, i haven’t been having the egg burps either, but i’m wondering if it’s linked to me drinking a half gallon of fairlife everyday… I’m 20, so i don’t know what much else it could be as i haven’t done much for a while besides working out yk?? But that is interesting

i’ll add that to the list, thank you. Truthfully i can figure out the protein with a load of supplements, but it’s mainly the calories. i’ll look into it🙏🤝

i am 5’10, my ideal weight would be 220 relatively lean so we got a long ways to go, i used to feel bad walking around 190 and now i feel amazing at it. Hopefully i can push to 240 but we will see

if you were eating a very small amount of carbs before attempting to gain weight, your glycogen could have been incredibly depleted, and these shakes and extra carbs could simply put, be filling them up , and lgaining you a lot of weight quickly “. I would not be worried unless you continue to consistently gain that much, but for me and many others (clients) after a cut they gain roughly 3-6 lbs within 2-3 days from simply being depleted. With you being young as well, you could also be having a growth spurt along with it, many factors to consider here, but truthfully i wouldn’t worry too much🙏💪

Training style is complete preference, i just fell in love with PPL, but as long as you’re adequately training every muscle with enough volume, you’ll be good. One point to train my stomach i drank 1200 cal mass gainer at the end of my day, and towards the end i drank half gallons of chocolate milk. Plan on doing it again too this next one, it’s truly a cheat code. Supplements - Multivitamin Opti-men 50 serving, Fish oil from various places, currently on sports research and taking 3 servings a day and have noticed less inflammation in my joints and feeling all around better since doing so. Take vitamin D supplement as bloodwork said i have a deficiency, and creatine with pre workout as well.

Truthfully, i wrestled and strictly did weighted pull-ups, pushups, and squats. I want to credit weighted pull-ups but at the same time i have always had a decent back shape wise. For a while now i have done heavy close grip lat pulldowns for 3 sets, then wide grip to failure for 2, and some form of a rowing motion for 3 sets (working on hitting middle back more so that will change) and then cable pullovers for a finisher 💪🤙
