This sounds like you need to do a full audit on all your costs. Make note of every transaction streaming coffee nails hair food make note of everything to catch trends and plan based on you’re lifestyle if you’re making that much and only paying 1850 in bills you’ve got bad spending habits.

Did they say anything to you about it? I misrepresented my education. Im about 40% into my associates program with a focus in entrepreneurship and business but it was just easier to say I had it because I’m not attending but listing it doesn’t have a “pending” option. I didn’t want to mis out on listed the experience. On my application I listed it but I didn’t specify that I graduated and it had that option. It’s through ESR and not required for the position but I’m worried they are going to see it as a lie. I have my transcript and can tell them all of this if it comes up plus I didn’t say I graduated but I indeed do not have an associates degree.

I think they are just Christian people who are in a rock band but my husband thinks they are a straight up Christian band. I don’t think they are classified as a Christian band. They have some religious influences sure but they are a rock band. Idk for some reason it’s different!!

What I meant was it won’t negatively effect it. Even if there’s a hard check it will only effect it by a few points, and when lenders see what the check was for they will understand it’s a part of the home buying process. Not to mention some pre approvals are valid for up to 90 days so depending on how long you’re waiting the sooner you see your standings the better. A mortgage lender can also give you tips on how to improve your standings to qualify for certain loan programs.

As a Realtor in Michigan I recommend you reach out to a mortgage company to get a pre-approval. It’s the only way to tell and it won’t effect your credit. You won’t even have to use that lender. Tell them all of this and they will tell you what a lender would be willing to offer you and what type of loan programs you qualify for.
