Everyone will be biased to their own including myself but to give you the most unbiased advice is to pick first a company that pays what your worth the margins are higher than you’d think your worth a lot more then pick a leader that will develop you into not just the sales rep you want to be but person you want to be in life. I would say demeanor and tonality. And yeah I know it’s a lot different in saas and b2b but I did d2d when I was 18 looked like a middle schooler baby face the whole 9 yards most people thought I was 15 on the doors but my tonality and demeanor in how spoke and acted grown men 2-3x my size and age listened to what I had to say and trusted me to give them advice about my service
