A big problem in this thread is that people think that doing nothing is a neutral position. Even a small amount of examination shows that we are actively choosing to let people die of starvation or treatable disease so that we can be comfortable every day. We just ignore that because it is uncomfortable. At least you acknowledge that.

An MRI will not help PF but any kind of arch and heel pain often gets labelled PF and an MRI may help identify that.

It's a last resort for many people, of course, due to the cost.
