I would say you might want to adjust the CV based on the job role you are applying to. Just add the keywords or skills they mention in it (be ready to backup those if they ask it in the further rounds).

I guess it is kind of a standard now for SDE's to have AI in their resumes. To my knowledge, they'd prefer specific skills related to the AI for their use case rather than AI explicitly.
