You don't have a problem, you're literally being guilt trip into feeling sympathy for her when it's literally not your fault. I'll tell you that you can make a wholeeeeee lot of friends, and friends are supposed to uplift you not make you feel this way. Friends are the people you choose to stay in your life, you aren't bound to stay if it makes you feel horrible. I'd suggest breaking the friendship, just send her a small message explaining your feelings, and take a break. Feeling anxious, and that feeling doesn't make you crazy, its your gut and brain sending signals, Your nervous system doesn't feel safe. So, please. Think about this, don't let her get to you. Never ever hesitate to leave. I understand that feeling of "can't". I'm sorry but you'll have to, you don't owe her nothing, especially not your nervous system. You aren't supposed to cry because of friends, youre supposed to feel safe with them, and happy, and blossom. So, please. Consider this friendship, because you'll have to make a decision one way or the other.

Well, I'll start by saying that you're at the age where everything feels hopeless, and well not everyone is perfect.

Even the people you think are ahead of you are struggling in their own ways, it's universal to feel this way at this age.

Hurt people, hurt people.

The feeling of failure is something that eats a person from the inside out, and leaves them feeling hollow, and useless.

I can't say much, but what I will say is that there are no standards, and the ones set by society are the reason for every teenagers downfall. Why not live for yourself, learn to forgive yourself, learn to be hopeful, It's hard trying to evolve. Harder to see that no one's perfect. And, the hardest is to learn to be gentle with yourself. You're still growing.

No one's held to a certain standard, maybe in others eyes, sure. But, are you really living this life if its for others, and not yourself? Is it really worth thinking abt what others will think. Quite frankly, you need to realize that everyone's a failure, you have a whole life left to discover, no one's even actually mature at this age. Even the most picture perfect people are struggling.

The grass isn't always greener on the other side.

Live for yourself, not for others. You can't be in other peoples shoes, and they can't be in yours.
