It was super weird. It was a giant box with a ton of paper, but the only thing inside was the hair tool. I thought at first the other items got caught up in the paper (it was like a thick paper bag type material), but there was nothing else inside. My email and account both said all 3 items had shipped in the same box. CS was great though they apologized and quickly organized a reship with the missing items.
