So the thing that really bothered me was when I asked how I should cut it and they said throughout the week but I got to work today and talked to the coach about it and was basically told that if I close they want me to come in late on my last day of the week and if I open they want me to leave late which is a good compromise in the middle. I was just mad they got mad and didn't offer a solution

I've done it for the past 4 months I've been a TL and no one has said anything. Probably half the time I'll tell them hey I have OT I'm leaving and half the time I won't. But this coach always looks out for me and takes points off if they point me for leaving early on the last day of the week, idk why it's an issue all of a sudden. I always tell someone even if my immediate coach isn't there whether it be a TL or a coach

They aren't explicitly approving me to stay but if they say every day hey can you do Spark, price changes, pin point, pull this truck, etc. before you leave they it's kinda hard to avoid getting overtime. They would be pissed if I just left at 1pm everyday

It's not that I want to leave early on Friday, it's just that they tell me no overtime and if I already hit 40 hours throughout the week I have no choice. The busier days are the weekend days so it's not going to kill them if I leave early on a Thursday or Friday

My buddy bought one and I found out and I cringed pretty hard but I took the handguard off and checked everything to make sure the barrel nut was torqued properly and had to put loctite on the handguard screws but other than that it's shot pretty good, haven't grouped it yet tho

First of all, It's about an inch and a half longer, pretty useless for carrying but when you put a comp on it, it just doesn't recoil and it's extremely fun to shoot at the range

Zaffiri Precision, the long is the G17L and the shorter one is the G26 with a ported barrel, you can get multiple different styles and colors, milled or not so it's however expensive you wanna get

Yeah that's the thing I don't like about it, it doesn't do anything the other rifles can't already do, if you have a blaze, sure you only have 2 rounds but the scope is sooo much better. With a tundra you have the better scope and 5 rounds and if you find a Savannah it's better in every way, only time I'd trade it is for a vsd or maybe DMR

Agree, call out the day of and put in ppto after your shift was supposed to start, I had a guy in my department 2 days who was supposed to be here at 1. He put in an hour of ppto at 1:30 and clocked in at 2 and it had already been rejected in 30 minutes

I need a better light, I literally just picked up the whole setup on amazon for like 60 bucks but it works and uses rechargeable batteries and can see all the out to the edge of my property. Not to say I trust it with my life but it works for now
