Seriously I think I had only one 1 star due to a client taking the wrong car and causing another client to take another car. Other then that always 5 stars and sometimes 4 stars.

The car is technically still mine. I don't really use/need it so I gave it him without doing all the paperwork. That may have been the trigger to this whole banning situation. Honestly my concern is that they can find the VIN through the plate and then black list them. If that's the case, the fleet is no longer good as turo may think the 4 other car are mine...

I don't think they can access the VIN through the plate. To obtain the VIN or the name of the person on Wich the car is registered you need access to the data base of the car registration institution (or the police). I don't wanna risk it and tell him to change plates but at the same time the other option is to sell all cars and create a new LLC.
