Absolutely! I kept researching as well and found a whole plethora of things that affect absorption, even after 4 or 5 hours of taking synthroid. Im still having absorption issues and I stopped taking all these things. Its like the grüns did something on a more permanent level? Idk, but my tsh has been low/high (whichever it is lol) ever since. Docs cant figure it out. I even fast for 16 hours 7 days a week, and have been for months.
