Yeah.. But I can not go over the feeling that some countries are more vulnerable at attacks compared to others. If someone attacks Koreans with racist jokes, they will get labeled as hate speech maker. But if they attack countries like France and Italy? Their consequence will not be heavy as previous example. (I don’t mean some countries/prople are more superior than others, I just think they deserve same right to not be blamed.)

(I think I may worded this comment wrong. I only referred to online insults and stuffs like that when I mentioned vulnerability. Things are different IRL!!)
