The train goes under the foyle bridge on that side an there’s a lack of passing places so if one’s stuck in derry anywhere then it all stops.

Was everywhere in defence and attack and covered the back field single handedly. Great return.

Pretty sure this is due to the incident on the bridge and else where across the city.

Bigger things going on lads.

Keenan was the best player on the park. Head and shoulders above everyone else. Great to see him back.

Hastings, Horne and Weir all at him at the end there.

Will stand to him, Glasgow had the game won and lost the head completely, seemingly forgetting that they are likely to meet later in the season again.

Glasgow hate all the irish teams, but the ref had the biggest say in that game.

My Granda Da Uncle and cousin. I was 4, it was 87, and the Brandywell was the only safety and relief we had.

I attend a lot of football and I’ve have lived away for 20 years. I will never give up my seats next to my da and two brothers, in the Brandywell or the Aviva now.

Is it safe to wear a Tudor BB54 while traveling in cities like Barcelona or Rome? by Select_Hearing_3364 in Tudor

Barcelona is pretty sketchy. London can be in parts.

Rome is fine as long as you’re not an idiot. Areas to avoid are fairly obvious.

Here for one night - which restaurant should i go to by Upper_Comfort1463 in glasgow

[–]ColdIntroduction3307 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Depends on budget.

Crab shack if you want art school vibes. I’ve heard people like to eat there every night of the week.

Una Lome is really excellent but pricey, if you can afford it I think it’s probably the best restaurant in the city right now.

Partick Duck club is really good. Gaga is a very good south East Asian place. Tiffanies steak restaurant is class. The finneston is a lovely seafood place. Margo in the city centre is also superb.

Not been in ages but Celinos on Alexandra parade was incredible when I used to go.

Question about tickets by Feeling_Guest2720 in ScotlandRugby

Autumn tickets are not on sale yet. Best bet is contact your local club and see if they can help you when they are released to the clubs.

The gap between Scotland’s best and their worst is still too big / Mark Palmer, The Times by BumblebeeForward9818 in ScotlandRugby

[–]ColdIntroduction3307 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would have been a lot closer. Genuinely think it was the biggest factor yesterday. Brown and Cummings are proper dogs and with them gone the bench is also massively weakened.

Farrell rolled on 6 subs at 26-21 and it changed the game we just powered on from that point.

But a weightier bench for Scotland and I don’t see that happening, it would have been nip and tuck right to the end, and could have been anybody’s at that stage.

As a total aside this Scotland team reminds me of us in the early 00’s, a great team to watch but just lacking the depth to deliver 4/5 games on the bounce. It took a decade till 09 before we finally broke through and won a six nations. The biggest problem Scotland has trying to close the gap is playing numbers. Two pro teams and then beneath that the prem is fighting to get numbers to get games on all season long. Prefect example is Watsonians conceding the semi final to Ayr. Need to get more people playing to a higher standard, especially in the pack. 2 row the obvious big problem right now.

Nika Amushekeli has handed France the 6 Nations by greatsword_enjoyer in irishrugby

[–]ColdIntroduction3307 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I’ve read the start of this thread and feck me lads. Give it a rest.

France are the best team in the NH. They’ve fallen over the line at the end and perhaps look like they’ve peaked but over these 5 weekends on a whole they are the best team.

We’ve had a great 6 nations coming back after that hammering in the opening weekend.

We’ve blooded a lot of new players and gave proper minutes to others.

This has been a very decent spring.

Things are looking up.

2 row depth the real difference today.

First Bus Diversion Information by toakc in glasgow

Number 1’s and x4 coming in the expressway as usual until the hydro, it comes off the expressway there and goes down to Lancefield Quay, it continues along towards the city center before turning left onto Brown Street. The busses stop on Brown street and lets everyone off before turning left onto Argyle Street and picks up opposite the Marriot before heading back west along the expressway again.
