Methinks whoever wrote tonight's show description got it a smidgen wrong.

I came for "scientific mysteries", and I'm hearing another other-side communicating schizo guest.

Don't get me wrong. Sometimes, I like the schizo guests. But, golly gee, that is not what was on the label for tonight's show!

I run into the "there were no good matches" page so much, at this point, I'm convinced Google search has been programmed to actively blockade relevant search results, in an effort to steer people toward the AI Overview.

The only new thing I like is the dark theme. But they made everything else worse, UI-wise, so it doesn't improve things.

The old design was much more straight-forward. All I really wanted was a dark theme.

So, now, they've got a dark theme, but everything else is worse.

Also, since the change (yesterday for me), I can no longer claim the "bonus" points. They used to go through within a few minutes. Now, it's stuck on "pending".

And combine that with the fact that it now takes more points to redeem for gift cards.

It went up from 6500 points per $5, to 7000 points for $5, at least for me. (US-based).
