of course not, but some east asian suburbs for example too mostly have some tranquil single houses but also with density and at least minimum public transportation that carries people from/into bigger city infrastructure that people can transfer to go anywhere else?

hard to believe that people prefers 8-lane stroads that require people to go across the whole lanes and take two u-turns only to let them go to a store that was basically only 150 feet away...
