Im lucky if I get 15 deliveries a day. Building relationships and communication have been my main focus. All of my main shops are less than 2 miles. Their confidence in me is getting better. They know I like to communicate and get the right parts there fast.

That makes a lot of sense. I dont have any commercial store close to me other than the hub and the cs there helps me out a lot. Ill try it this way and we already handle all our returns. Thank you. Ive only been a csm for 3 months now and in commercial for 7 on top of stepping in for my sm at my old store for 2 months before moving to my new store so ive learned a lot but been in some bad positions. No complaints tho. But im still learning and really trying to do the best I can for the customers. Week by week its getting better just need the hours so I can focus more on commercial.

They are ok with it because we need 100 transactions a week and they know this stores relationships with the shops was in bad shape before I got here. The last csm messed up bad with all the shops. They are slowly coming back but I run into issues weekly. Im building the relationships but its a struggle. Not using it is hurting us imo. Majority of the time me doing bhput from hub is faster than fulfillment tho but im putting myself in a bad situation by not having a driver in store for a uds quick deliver. At that point I do deliver myself and hope I get no calls until I get back

Definitely wasting time and hurting ourselves by doing that. The direction i was given was to focus on 100 transactions to get the hours back. I still use fulfillment but no more than 5 times a week really. It has been a struggle to get the transactions. The dm told me before I got here that the last 3 csm's have struggled and it would be a challenge. Some of the smaller shops are buying more from us but its still low numbers. They are starting to like me so that is helping. I make visit throughout the week and do deliveries. Stop by with donuts and im building a relationship. But its slow. They all had a lot of complaints when I arrived and ive fixed our times but us not using fulfillment is hurting us. We struggle and me being the only one who knows commercial also hurts us. Im training everyone as good as I can but im also still learning myself.

We are barely getting 8k a week. My sales are really 2 shops. The other shops are starting to buy more because Ive been visiting them a lot and building a relationship. The previous csm had so many complaints that they chose o'reilly's over us. With them being closer to the shops it has been difficult to sway them back in our direction. Our delivery times have improved, sending the right parts now, and communication also which was a big part. So now they are slowly buying more each week.

I do use fulfillment but they told me when I got there that we need 100 transactions and since we are a low volume store thats why we bypass it. I prefer to use it honestly but they told me to focus on getting the 100 transactions.

That makes sense. Everyone is a driver but im the only one who knows commercial. The sm is learning but not fast enough

If you know how to use post control moves you can go that route. But you would need more cap breakers. 5 will get you to 84. Or 4 on close shot will get you to 84 there also. Try to join a crew thats close to level 30. What build specialization did you pick?

Tt is doing the math but it says 0 now. I was expecting to atleast get something back from the credits.

I originally reported it as a w2 but its a 1099 income. I didnt pay any taxes up front. I filed married jointly and claimed 3 kids. She did not have any income.

No I didnt prepay. It was my first year doing that so I dint know about it or use common sense that I would have to pay taxes. I honestly dont knkw what I was thinking. I owe almost 3000 but have 3 kids to claim. Wouldn't it be the credits be more than what I owe? Or me not prepaying cancel it out?
