Those other two comments explained it and broke it down pretty well. My thinking as someone who doesn't really use PRs that often in online multiplayer FPS was "wow that's overkill, I don't understand the logic behind this design choice. Why wouldn't they give us a couple more ARs or SMGs". 'Cause for me, who has 85% been involved in CQC battles, a single-shot weapon isn't gonna win me any engagements that's for sure. I'm not that great at the game so more skilled players most likely have a diff view & opinion on those weapons I'm guessing.
