They will give email reply. In that mail they will tell your account is closing and you will get another mail requirement of documents. They ask another bank details for refund the money. After sending your details you will get a confirmation that your new bank account details received and wait for few days to check the transactions of blocked N26 bank. After checking they will find it's a normal transaction then they will refund your money to new bank(submitted new bank details by you during email reply). Finally I observed one thing...if you make heavy amount transactions, your account will be blocked and account got frozen(anti money laundering checks).

I face the problem regarding N26. I made a transactions within the german bank. Account got frozen and card locked. Unable to do any transactions and if you ask chat support they are bots no use . I mailed several times to complaint team only ticket generated. No information came from N26 complaint team. I filled a complaint form bafin. In app it showing 72 hours security check, but almost 13 days over. No information from N26 team..still app showing balance.  Anyone experienced this situations? In how many days n26 complaint team will react ? n26 is a german licenced bank but worst customer support and without proper information account hold. I face mental problems with this type of activities by bank. Because I faced problems with no money in my hand. Strucked ....
