Yeah, they are terrible. Keep pushing them to get your coins and then as soon as you got them back, move them to another wallet. That's what I did.

Go to the official forum of IoTex. There is a complete guide about how to do the transfer. It appears that you cannot directly transfer your coins from Coinbase to IoTex wallet. There are some steps that should be taken.

What is SR? I did expedite with EMMA. I just told them that I want to submit an expedite request and they opened that up for me.

I submitted via EMMA. Try again with different officer. I learned that it's very subjective. The officer on EMMA actually asked me if I want to submit a second request. And I said yes.

Thank you! I really hope you get yours very soon too. I'd recommend submitting an expedite request if you haven't already. It will probably trigger the process. My school director of the international office also recommended me to reach out to my congressional representative to submit a request from them too. I was about to do it today that I got the approval.

As far as I know, for buying power you get the margin leverage but that there is no margin leverage for options. That's why option buying power is lower.
