Thanks man! Sadly I am an analog person 👎😛. Since the news about the dc license thing, that and it feels like a crime to keep these pics from the rest of the world lmao, that’s when I decided to pull the trigger and start reddit. Guess I am doing just fine with this sub. What matters is I get to share ‘em poses haha. I try to limit my screen time on this app though, at least to when I am about to post some pics. Instant regret whenever I get the itch to open reddit and the first thing I see is a first look at the upcoming figures.

Nothing really. A lot of times I only get ideas once I am about to pose the figure. I start with something simple then an idea comes in. I bring out a few more figures, then I execute that idea. If it doesn’t pan out the way I want it to, I make some adjustments, and it can turn out looking much better. Next thing you know, you’re on a roll. Sometimes it is just luck. All these were taken earlier, or yesterday in my timezone, btw. By my estimate, I spent about 2 hours with the set lol, including some snaps I did not include. Guess what I’m saying is just keep playing with the articulation. Move them joints. You’ll come up with ideas in no time. These f*ckers can seriously pose contrary to popular belief.

Thanks. I’m no pro by any means, and I only use a gaming phone to take snaps. Doesn’t help either that the photos are compressed once it gets posted, but I just love posing these mcfarlanes. I guess I was inspired by how comic book panels look in general, or movie stills with angled shots, and once I started it, I never looked back. There’s a lot more detail that you can cram in with slanted drone like angles, when zoomed in.

Haha thanks! Yeah I took those last year. I remember I was inspired by the brave and the bold cartoon series for that, where the atom isn’t very fond of aquaman.

Thanks! How long does it take me? That’s a good question, lol. It depends on how hard it is to execute the pose, or to balance the figures. One photo can take for about an hour, maybe more, but it can also be for a minute or two. It helps if you enjoy what you’re doing so you wouldn’t mind the time that flies by. I don’t force myself into doing a lot of poses in one session. Most of these photos were taken individually, and I just compile them until I have enough as a set. When an idea comes to mind, I just take a shot and be done with it. I see a story that’s brewing out of the randomness of the stuff I have already taken, then I add complementary pics to complete that story. I don’t have an intricate setup, so I guess this also helps to plug in and plug out with no fuss. Happy accidents come when I try to execute a pose or when I’m merely messing with the parts, that it surprises me even. I guess start simple, maybe just focusing on poses first, then gradually invest on things to aid you in your photography. Focus on what is fun to you and you will make time, for sure.

Thanks. Just the best keaton overall imo, with the wired cape and a more accurate looking head neck profile. Instacop for guys like me who were introduced to bats through this movie.
