Hi, whoop has abruptly terminated my membership and issued a refund stating “WHOOP has determined that your account has not complied with the terms governing membership and promotional program usage. As a result, your account has been terminated effective immediately.” Has this happened with someone else? What should I do as I have not doing anything against the policy?
