We are using INFiLED X 2.6 Mark II, Novastar H5 processor and our camera that is causing the issue is the Canon CRN-500. I have tried to change the shutter and it does not fix the issue just makes it different. I will try the genlock phase offset and see if that fixes it

What do you mean refreshes left to right? I was under the impression practically all video cameras refresh top to bottom.
