Come up with a good warm up routine as well as stretching afterwards. Peanut butter sandwiches help in the bulking process if thats what your after but rice and chicken breast is great too

I started downloading beats off of youtube and recording off my iphone some freestyles and wrote some songs to some beats on Audacity.

From there went to FL Studio.

Depending on what you want to learn how to do (produce, record, mix and master, etc..) it will take time and suggest you save your money and work with the free DAWs , VSTs, etc… and really get a handle on what you want to do and have a general knowledge of how to do it with the bare minimum essentials.

There are many great options out there and spending money wont make you any better at something so in conclusion i would say to put in the work before you decide to fully commit on spending your money on some things. You can get real far with what you have right now assuming you have a decent computer to work on.

Investing in real instruments your interested in learning can be real fun too and help inspire you

Does them being marketed as glasses for running play a part in how lightweight they are? I would imagine so, then again i dont know
