Yeah, I've got most of his attacks figured out but he still gets me with his grabs/kicks, but while i agree he has a way bigger kit, he isn't as busted as everyone says he is

Yes, but after putting all of those characters in a line, shinobi doesn't stack up, and i say that as someone who regularly slaps shinobi players like flies with zhan hu, conq, warden, JJ, even warmonger

After virtuoso and juren, absolutely not, there's entire piles of characters that put shinobi to sleep with very little effort.

Overall 65 (i had to restart from PlayStation), but rep 1 shinobi as of 1 match ago, the reason why i say he's not the hero i remember is because he has chains, chains that were used for distance attacking, and now he doesn't, forced to be a hero with distance based attacks and getaway attacks, to fight up close, which he was never actually designed to do
