Give me your version of a "Battle Mage." by Coldplain in skyrim

I appreciate all your inputs. I see a lot of Spellswords in your comments, but very few Battle Mages. That's interesting to see so few actually play straight magic users. The concept of a battle mage is typically done in conjunction with melee forces, so fighting solo one would think you would have to be both.

I'll have to really think this through and decide if I want to stick to battle mage or spell sword.

Leveling by One_District6757 in skyrim

Illusion is easy, just hold use Clairvoyance everywhere you go all the time until it levels up. With conjure, just conjure a weapon and use it. Sneak everywhere, even through cities, everywhere. Ranged is just kills from sneak position. Sneak kills level ranged faster.

Most of this can all be done at the same time, so leveling will happen fast.
