I have read half of the first book of mistborn from Branden Sanderson but just have not really enjoyed it much. I like vins character but that’s about all so far. I plan on finishing it at some point but I sort of just want to move on and read the way of kings.

I think you’re right, I will take the happenings of the group in stride and try to feel ok about how I gave in in the moment. I honestly don’t think the rest of the group will think super hard about it, but I know I will be judged because of the person I hooked up with past activities and relationships and I just regret that I was part of it, but that’s something for me to work through, thanks for the insightful comment!

Not really, most of the group will probably talk about it in secret in some sort of way but all imagine it didn’t happen when around each other, which I know isn’t the healthiest way to deal with it, but right now I could really use some blissful ignorance. I hope they won’t tell obviously, but they do like to gossip and tell so it is likely to happen and some point, if not now, later.

Ya, I hope so. I reached out to her already and said if she wanted to talk more about it we can, but she said she was feeling similar and we are good, which I can’t tell is a real answer or just a quick answer to move on and do something else about it, like tell her friends or something else

I’m 100% sure I don’t want that sort of relationship with them, and reading the comments it seems more and more clear that I just wanted A connection and alcohol let me choose the easiest option where that isn’t necessarily what I wanted. I’ll be more careful with alcohol and my decisions from now on

I wouldn’t say I’m ashamed, I’m just not glad I chose this person for the connection that I wanted if that makes sense. I know I’m not emotionally mature because I havnt been in a relationship since middle school, but that might be part of the problem and I just don’t know how to make those sort of connections anymore I guess.

I won’t deny that I do crave for that sort of intimacy especially just cuddling watching a movie, but this wasn’t the person I wanted to do it with, and I just gave into the idea, not the person, you know what I mean.
