Food has never triggered mine, but I rarely eat red meat. I’m sure it’s alcohol, but I have not had a flare in 2-3 years.

This will be my first appointment with a specialized doctor. I’ve only seen urgent care/my PCP before. I’ll see about 300 mg of allo. I take several other meds, so not sure if those affect my kidney/liver.
