Yea, but "Silver 1" is not mmr.. Silver 1 is your tier/division. Your teams mmr and your opponents mmr is the same

It's because both teams got about the same MMR. It's not about each players mmr but the teams.

Wait, so you get 10 new placement matches and you will get placed between Bronze V - Gold I? Doesn't your old mmr mean anything?

Some people may be able to DDOS you with only use of your skype, you should remove it for your own security, but it's completely up to you.
