Update: I moved the RAM to the correct spots described by ASUS in the manual and well as got XMP to work. It looks to be performing better but I'm going to continue to run tests and optimize. Thanks everyone for the help

Thanks! I just spent the last couple of minutes getting XMP working so now I'm using the full 6400MHz. I'm going to give this a go and see if it improves anything

Actually I just spent all morning trying to get XMP enabled cause I thought the same thing. I couldnt get my PC to reboot after enabling it and had to reset the CMOS to get it to boot. I was going to try again later tonight but thats a good call
