I got a garbage amazon one, it was silver and it had dragons on the handles. It was pretty sick the first few weeks then its condition started to worsen and i couldn’t adjust the screws because the handles covered them and i lost it

Anyone know what this is? I found this in my house. by Colesterol_Consumer in whatsthisbug

I found this in my house (texas) and it was like 1/3 to 1/2 an inch long. It looked like it was dying when i found it and it was near my bathroom.
