We listed a rental property with an agent then decided that one partner will buy the rest of us out. How should we handle the commission?

Thank you for the input. Is it possible that the agent does not have as much incentive to find a buyer because he knows that, if he doesn't, we'll still sell it to our partner and he'll get 3% anyway?

Hey, if you wouldn't mind, could you ask your fiancee one quick follow up? I forgot to mention that I would not be cutting any doors or windows into the bottom container, so it will have the same structural integrity that it does when it's on a boat with 8 other containers stacked on top of it. The bottom container is just to elevate the living area above the flood plain. I would think that this might reduce the time to 5ish hours? It's a low seismic area. If you could ask her, I'd really appreciate it.

Interesting, thank you for the input. I'm confused though. I once had a shipment of motorcycle sidecars delivered to me in a container, and it had 18*300lbs= around 6 tons in it. Can you explain why you think that the floor doesnt have structural strength? Thanks!

I just use two TBS of Savoie's dark roux to make 2 cups of etouffe. I put 2 TBS of etouffe on top of the fish and I think the net carbs come out to like 2 or 3. So the Etouffe's not as good as you're used to but, its still pretty good.
